1. Beach Road (RK Beach to Rushikonda) — 8 km
The most popular drive in Vizag. Start at the Submarine Museum, pass Tenneti Park, Kailasagiri ropeway junction, and end at Rushikonda Beach. Best at sunrise or sunset. Multiple stop points with sea views and street food stalls.
2. Rushikonda to Bheemunipatnam — 22 km
This coastal highway is Vizag's version of California's Pacific Coast Highway. Winding roads hugging the coastline with panoramic ocean views. Stop at Thotlakonda Buddhist ruins, Mangamaripeta surf beach, and end at historic Bheemili for fresh seafood.
3. Dolphin's Nose to Yarada — 12 km
The most thrilling drive — steep winding roads through Naval area leading to the lighthouse point. The view from Dolphin's Nose of Vizag Port is breathtaking. Continue to Yarada Beach for a secluded beach experience. Carry your own food and water.
4. Vizag to Araku Valley — 112 km
The ultimate road trip from Vizag. The Ananthagiri ghat section has 27 hairpin bends through dense forests. Stop at Dumbriguda for tribal market, Chaparai waterfall for a dip, and Borra Caves. Total drive time: 3 hours. Best in a group.
5. Simhachalam Hill Route — 16 km
