How to Reach Araku Valley
- Train: Kirandul Express from Vizag at 6:45 AM (4 hrs, ₹50-₹200). The scenic route passes through 46 tunnels and 84 bridges!
- Bus: APSRTC buses every hour from Vizag (3.5 hrs, ₹180-₹350)
- Car: Drive via Ananthagiri — 3 hours via NH-516. Stunning hairpin bends!
- Tip: Take the train up, hire a cab back for flexibility
Best Time to Visit
October to February is ideal — pleasant weather (10-25°C), clear skies, and coffee harvesting season. Avoid June-August rainy season as roads can be tricky. March-May is warm but manageable with mornings being cool.

Borra Caves
