The premier Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIM-V) is on the verge of transitioning to its state-of-the-art permanent facility, with over 95% of the construction work officially complete. Built at an estimated cost of ₹450 crore, the world-class campus is poised to become fully operational shortly, representing a monumental leap forward for Andhra Pradesh's higher education infrastructure.

### Modern Infrastructure Meets Sustainability

Spread across an expansive 241.5-acre site allotted in December 2020, the development has progressed rapidly over the past few years. Key academic blocks, modern student dormitories, administrative hubs, faculty housing, and primary utility networks are already fully constructed. The remaining phase of work—focused mainly on a grand auditorium and select auxiliary facilities—is currently in its final stages.

Designed with a strong focus on sustainability, the eco-friendly campus incorporates sprawling green spaces, advanced research centers, sports facilities, and a high-capacity solar power setup to lower its carbon footprint.

Established in 2015 under the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, IIM Visakhapatnam has functioned out of a temporary venue for nearly a decade.
